Other opportunities for young people:
Youth Employability Programme
Our Youth Employability Programmes (YEP) are focused on the soft skills that are needed for employment. These skills include how you interact with others, solve problems and manage your work.
We offer three different programmes:
- Tahi Rangatahi - for youth who are not in education.
- ASAP (After School Aspiration Programme) - This is a ten week programme for youth aged 12-14. The programme involves writing a CV, setting up practice interviews and more. The programme is fun, practical and activity based - we include vocational pathways, work experience and exploration.
- A weekly group with senior students from Kaikōura High School.
