A busy couple of days out and about!

We are so glad we got out into our amazing environment before the rain set in this morning!

In the past two days, thanks to Sports Tasman and support from their Tū Manawa programme, we have had so many adventures with some wonderful tamariki and rangatahi leaders. We have camped, bush walked, river swam and played at the beach! Thanks to our leaders - Isaac Cullen, camp and bush walk leader and Grace Wade, Leila Wade and Bailee Herbert - beach leaders - all of you are wonderful role models. Thanks to Mangamaunu Marae for an amazing place to camp - it was magic!

And an acknowledgment that over the last two days we saw a huge amount of positive, kind and helpful behaviour from all the young ones involved - we were so impressed.

For those that were booked into this mornings bushwalk - we are so sorry that the rain got in the way! We are still considering what to do about our Thursday/Friday activities, we'll be in touch.
