Community Garden

We are currently extending our wee community garden - fencing it off and adding more garden beds. Our garden is made up of a unique teepee tunnelhouse and several raised garden beds. We have a small but dedicated group of volunteers in the garden, and invite you to join if you are keen!

Community Shed

The Community Shed is located at the back of our property. It is open Wednesday and Thursday mornings, or by appointment. You are welcome to bring your own project to work on, or come and work with others on group projects. Pete Fey is generally around in the shed on a Wednesday, and also runs a Tuesday group for young people. Darryl McRobie can normally be found in the shed on a Thursday.

Kapai puku

Kapai puku is the food sharing stall that can be found nestled in by our office at the front of the building. This stall is for eveyone to use, and has had a great amount of fruit and veg coming in and out during fruiting seasons.
There is also a Little Library sitting outside our front door - feel free to have a look through this wee gem, take a book home to read, or drop off a book you no longer need but think someone else will love!
